PhD studentResearch Interests
I'm a PhD student in Psycholinguistics and Cognitive Neuroscience at Lancaster University, affiliated with the Emotion and Cognition (EmoCom) Lab led by Dr. Francesca Citron and the Language, Inner Speech, and Neuroscience (LISN) Lab led by Dr. Bo Yao. My research examines how arousal and valence modulate semantic access and integration in monomodal and multimodal language comprehension, and how these affective influences shape decision-making behaviour. I combine behavioural measures with ERP indices (e.g., N400/LPP) under reproducible workflows and controlled materials.
