PhD studentResearch Overview
My research focuses on inversion modelling of geophysical data – with a particular focus on resistivity datasets. I am particularly interested in coupling resistivity models to groundwater hydrology and it’s application to geohazards.
I am currently completing a PHD as part of the ExaGeo program – a collaboration between the Universities of Lancaster, Edinburgh and Glasgow. This program is designed to produce the next generation of HPC trained geoscientists.
Prior to my PHD, I completed an MSci in Geophysics at the University of Southampton with study abroad at the Penn State University, before making a detour into science television for several years.
