Dr Zhengxin Yu

Zhengxin Yu is a Lecturer in the School of Computing and Communications at Lancaster University. She received her Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Exeter, UK in 2021. Her research work mainly resides within the areas of distributed machine learning, cyber security, and edge computing. She has strived to make important inroads to create high performance and secure distributed machine learning systems. Her research has undergone an evolution from studying distributed ML for systems, and towards systems for distributed ML addressing scientific challenges associated with performance and security, most notably adversarial ML.
