A two-day workshop for small and medium-sized businesses who want to respond to opportunities in the health and wellbeing sector

Two-day Workshop: Day 1: Wednesday 12 February & Day 2: Wednesday 26 February 2020 - 9am to 4.30pm

Delivered as part of Lancaster University's Health Innovation Campus, this two-day workshop is for small and medium-sized businesses who want to respond to opportunities in the health and wellbeing sector. A robust business model and a motivation to think and do things differently is essential.

This interactive workshop will help business leaders to assess the foundations of the business plan. You will benchmark where your business is today and leave with an understanding of the areas blocking innovation. You will create an action plan to overcome these barriers and have time to discuss challenges with like-minded business leaders.

The workshop will be delivered over two non-consecutive days to allow time for reflection and development of your action plan.

Previous delegate feedback: "Thoroughly enjoyable, inspirational and great for networking."

"The workshops enabled me to review and analyse my existing business model critically using key benchmarks and standards, along with time to think ouside the box."

"I have made many changes already as I've been very inspired by looking at my business differently."

Who should get involved?

This workshop will support aspirational businesses and organisations based in Lancashire (including social enterprises and charities). It is open to business from any sector who have a product or service idea that could be applied to the health and wellbeing sector or those with plans to explore the sector as a growth opportunity.
