What is a Marketer in Residence?

A Marketer in Residence is an experienced marketing professional who collaborates with Lancaster University to bring real-world marketing insights and industry expertise to the student community.

Marketers in Residence serve to enhance the educational experience by bridging the gap between academic theory and practical application. They deliver guest lectures and workshops, offer mentorship and advice, collaborate with academic and teaching staff, provide networking opportunities, and supply the chance for hands-on learning.

Jack Daniel, Western Europe Strategy Director, Molson Coors

Jack Daniel is the Western Europe Strategy Director of Molson Coors, where he plays a pivotal role in the company’s digital transformation efforts. He has been instrumental in launching innovative platforms, such as Revl, a direct-to-consumer e-commerce site. Jack’s leadership extends to the Beverage Hub, a division focused on expanding Molson Coors’ portfolio beyond beer to include premium spirits and ready-to-drink beverages.

His strategic vision and expertise in digital marketing have significantly contributed to Molson Coors’ growth and adaptation in the evolving beverage industry. Jack previously worked as Global Business Development Director for MediaCom and Digital and Media Manager for Procter and Gamble.

Eiler Fagraklett, Head of Marketing, Poul Hansen

Eiler Fagraklett is the Head of Marketing for retail wholesaler and grocery store chains, Poul Hansen, in the Faroe Islands, a self-governing territory within the Kingdom of Denmark. He was previously Head of Marketing for the telecommunications and logistics company Tusass in Greenland, formerly known as Tele-Post or Tele Greenland.

He spearheaded a major rebranding campaign for the company in 2022. Prior to this, he worked in the marketing department for the headquarters of Betri Bank, Betri Insurance, Betri Pension and Betri Real Estate.
