Neytullah Ciftci is a postdoctoral research associate in business and biodiversity at the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business. His interdisciplinary research explores the intersection of accounting, finance, governance, and their connections to nature and biodiversity loss, including scenario analysis. Neytullah provides consultancy services to organisations, drawing on his expertise in frameworks such as the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), and GRI 101: Biodiversity to support the integration of nature into strategies, policies, and decision-making. He is also an accredited trainer in Natural Capital for Business Decision-making (Capitals Coalition and Social Value International), delivering training to businesses aiming to incorporate natural capital into strategic planning.
