Why did you choose to study at LUMS?

Due to the high reputation for Finance, and the broad course offer, I wanted to study at LUMS.

What was the best thing about your course?

The close collaboration with my professor during my dissertation, and the international environment with students from around the world were my highlights.

What/who inspired you most at LUMS and why?

The spirit of the Management School inspired me from the beginning of my studies throughout my time at LUMS.

Ambitious, Self-Development, Fun. 

What are your best memories of your time at Lancaster?

Particularly, I enjoyed living directly in the Graduate College on campus, where I built strong friendships with students from Europe and outside of Europe.

What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?

The large campus with its great facilities and sport opportunities.

What impact did scholarships or funding have on your degree experience?

Lancaster University helped me a lot with the funding of my tuition fees with two scholarships.

Which parts of your Lancaster experience were the best preparation for your job?

The high workload throughout the year strengthened my discipline, which helps me a lot in my current job.

What impact has your Lancaster experience had on your career?

Due to the high reputation of Lancaster University, I received numerous offers from top firms (banking, consulting, and industry), inside and outside of Germany.

Is there anything else about your LUMS experience that you'd like to share with us?

Although the program was challenging, it was a great experience which I would always do again.
