Accounting and Finance students receive awards

19 October 2015

Three undergraduate students in Accounting and Finance have received special prizes rewarding their hard work.

Grace Hu, from China, won the 2nd Year Prize. This is awarded to the student with the highest mean overall aggregate score (excluding EY students).

Meanwhile, Callum Corneille and Stephen Ronald, both from the UK, were awarded the EY Degree Prize for best overall performance in the TPS professional examinations. The pair have now returned to Lancaster for their final year following a one-year placement at EY.

Grace, Callum and Stephen each received £250 and a gift, a Chas Jacobs print, to mark their achievements.

The prizewinners were presented with their awards by Accounting and Finance Head of Department Steve Young, and lecturers Pelham Gore and Katy Pilkington.
