North West SMEs can hear how they can grow their business and customer base by engaging in social media, at a LUMS workshop on 4 June.

A practical and interactive workshop run by Lancaster University Management School between 9.00am and 3.00pm will demonstrate how SMEs can bring products to market and creatively engage with customers by using social media.

Owners and managers of SMEs who attend the workshop will also gain insights into the different functions of social media platforms, and how they can be used in an integrated fashion.

The workshop, which is delivered through the programme and is fully-funded by the European Regional Development Fund, will advise on tools that help to save time. It will also help develop an awareness of common pitfalls.
