New exchange students arriving at the Management School were welcomed with a lively event.

The LUMS international team invited the 50 international exchange students to network, learn about Lancaster University and play bingo.

Students and staff of many nationalities broke the ice playing cultural bingo and a map challenge, before a question and answer session.

LUMS has partner universities across Europe, North America, South America and Asia, and offers both undergraduate and masters study abroad opportunities.

Dr Radka Newton, Head of International and Postgraduate Recruitment, said: “Partnerships with top global Universities are crucial for our internationalisation strategy.

"It is exciting to see students from more than thirty different partner universities coming to Lancaster to embark on a joint journey towards a global business degree. They radiate excitement and inspiration that gives us a real purpose – bringing the future global leader together. I wish them all the best in their studies!”

Studying abroad is an option for most LUMS students, and is an amazing opportunity to expand your horizons, develop employability, experience a different academic system and make new friends.

Introductory talks will be held in the next few weeks.
