We are delighted to give you exclusive access to our Leadership Insights video interview, with Sara Brennan, Positive Business Director of Pentland Brands.

Sara is tasked with looking at how Pentland can accelerate its positive business strategy to deliver on its commitment to take action for people and our planet.

Sara started out in the petroleum industry, working on regulatory affairs before moving into sustainability and CSR.

Her work made her more conscious of sustainability, and the role of businesses in addressing those issues.

Sara is also interested in organisational change, especially discovering new ways of contributing to the wider environment in which organisations operate.

The Leadership Insights series provides vision and understanding for SMEs and large organisations alike.

In 2022, we will examine issues around business sustainability and responsibility. Sara will speak with Professor Jan Bebbington, Director of the Pentland Centre for Sustainability in Business at Lancaster University, sharing her experiences and thought-provoking ideas.
