In this talk Jan will describe how she met and started collaborating with natural scientists: a journey of increasing engagement that has evolved over the last 25 years and which include sustainability policy making (in the Sustainable Development Commission), science advisory roles and (increasingly) research collaborations. The session will be informal with plenty of chances to ask questions to understand how organisational scientists can work productively with natural science colleagues.
