The Employment and Recruitment Service offers a fully managed solution for recruiting Lancaster University students and graduates into your organisation on a temporary part-time, or full-time basis. Every year, we have hundreds of undergraduate students available to participate in placements with organisations. The students are assessed as part of their course, and the placements can be three, six or twelve months long.
