What was the best thing about your course?

The third-year course on using Bloomberg. This was a great chance to learn something really practical that would help me in my internships.

What/Who inspired you most at LUMS and why?

Paul McCormick. A fantastic career coach with substantial industry experience who was really involved in working with students to progress our chances of securing high finance careers.

Engaging, challenging, fun.

What are your best memories of your time at Lancaster?

Being President of the Investment and Finance Society (LUIFS). I had the opportunity to work with some incredible people and ran events that I hope formed the foundation of people's understanding of investment banking, consulting, etc.

What are the best things about living in the Lancaster area?

The lovely countryside!

Which parts of your Lancaster experience were the best preparation for your job?

Absolutely the Investment and Finance Society. Without a doubt, it was an incredibly useful group and we all supported each other to learn and grow.
