We will explore the significance and complications of managing people in the future of work. The management of employees is one of the key elements in the success of organisations and over time managers have adapted a range of approaches to this task. We will provide useful insights on such processes, and question if these ‘well-developed’ approaches should be challenged, whether your chosen field is specific to human resources or more general in nature.
