Workshop on Publishing in Management Journals - Professor Roy Suddaby
With great pleasure, we have Professor Roy Suddaby with us for a workshop on Publishing in Management Journals.
This will take place in person in MNGT LT19 from 1300 to 1600, Wednesday 21st of Feb. Please find a link below also for colleagues who require remote access.
This workshop is designed for management scholars who would like to improve their academic writing skills in order to better navigate the process of peer review. The primary focus of the workshop is how to construct a paper that addresses the challenge of making a contribution to theory. It is organized in two sessions. The first session focuses on a combination of lectures and discussions designed to identify and analyze the key structural and narrative elements of highly impactful papers in management and organizational theory. The second section applies those insights to your own work through a series of exercises, examples and activities designed to help you develop different techniques and strategies for effectively communicating your ideas.
