Research Overview

I am an aerospace engineer presently doing my PhD in strategic management at Lancaster university on the topic - Adoption of Digital Technologies by Non-Digital Sectors for R&D functions; focusing on the aerospace industry. My research primarily focuses on two issues- a) the institutional and firm-level factors that stimulate the adoption of digital technologies in R&D in non-digital sectors, b) the individual competencies required by R&D employees for the successful adoption of digital technologies in R&D in non-digital sectors, and how these competencies can be developed/acquired.
