Muhammad AdamuPhD student
Muhammad Sadi Adamu is a PhD student from the School of Computing and Communications (SCC) at Lancaster University. His PhD research is to explore approaches to the design and deployment of technologies to be used in Nigerian Higher Education. He approaches his work by adopting an eclectic methodological approach where standpoint positionalities, situated approaches and indigenous sensitivities are deployed. Muhammad's work seeks to decode and deconstruct the framing and understanding of 'technology design' and the deployment and adoption of 'education technologies’ from Africa, as exemplified in HCI4D.
Before joining SCC, Adamu was an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Federal University Gashua, Nigeria.
