LUMS staff listProfessor Claire Leitch was appointed Executive Dean of LUMS in May 2022, having held the position of Interim Executive Dean from 1 November 2021. Previously, she was Deputy Dean and Associate Dean (Staffing) in LUMS and was responsible for leading the School’s successful Athena Swan submission, which was awarded in May 2021.
She is an international scholar in gender and is leading a major EU project addressing gender inequality in business schools, positioning Lancaster at the heart of shaping the European EDI agenda. Recently she was elected to the University’s Council for a three-year period.
