Supporting Manufacturing SMEs

EnginE worked with Lancashire manufacturing SMEs to try and help address some of the workforce challenges that they may have. Training and development can be hard to afford and could lead to issues of retaining great staff and recruiting new people. Although this project has now finished there are many opportunities available for Manufacturing and Engineering SMEs based in Lancashire through LUMS including: Productivity through People, Made Smarter Leadership Programme and Lancashire Forum.
