We are proud to announce that the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) has reaccredited LUMS for another 5 years.

This announcement followed a recent AACSB visit. In their report, the accrediting body praised the School’s teaching, saying: “The University and the School clearly view the design and delivery of programs as something that should be under constant review; that is, it should be part of an on-going dynamic process to ensure that what is offered is of the very best quality.”

Regarding Research, they said: “The School is building on its highly successful strategy of excellence in research, by adding dimensions of engagement and internationalization. Research centers have been created to foster collaborative, interdisciplinary, impactful research that engages external stakeholders.”

Commenting on Internationalisation, the panel noted that the School’s activities showed a “clear indication of...commitment to quality and inclusion.”

The Panel’s report also praised the Strategy Development of LUMS, noting: “The strong collegial culture and the open leadership style of the dean and his team, created a cooperative culture, that is very conducive for the implementation of the strategy.”

Finally, the report said: “LUMS is to be commended on the quality and the engagement of its professional staff. The School invests in professional staff development and is seen as an “employer of choice” in the region.”
