From a startup developing a room service robot, to a multinational corporation innovating how they deliver compelling user experiences, Human Centred Design has proven to be a powerful problem-solving approach. The principles of understanding the needs of real users, and frequent testing have been used by everyone from entrepreneurs, software developers, humanitarians, and many others, to create innovative products, services and solutions that users’ value.

Please join us as we introduce a framework for practicing Human Centred Design in your business. We will focus on real and practical ways to benefit your business/ideas around areas such as need finding, problem framing, rapid idea generation, and collaboration. The session will be fast paced and equally valuable for individuals or teams.
