Join our chef for the evening, with the College Community Assistants - in the PG Community Kitchen for an evening of cooking and then enjoying the dishes you have created from scratch - yum!
In this Taste of Home, we'll delve into the world of meat-free Chinese cuisine. Discover the rich flavours and techniques behind a variety of dishes, ranging from stir-fries to braised rice, and from cold-tossed to blanched delights. This event is an opportunity to learn some easy and fast Chinese dishes while indulging in the joy of crafting delicious meals together.
Dishes include: Cold Tossed Vegetarian Dishes Enoki Mushroom Blossom Stir-Fried Dried Tofu Tomato and Egg Stir-Fry Blanched Choy Sum Electric Rice Cooker Braised Rice Meigan Pancake Sugar-Tossed Tomatoes
(Please note that ingredients may include eggs, peanuts, soybeans, sesame, and other common Chinese seasonings.)
There is space for 10 people - so if you've been to a Taste of Home or similar Graduate College cooking session before, please let others sign up for this one!
