Informal catch up for Lancaster University staff and student parents and carers.
Parenting and caring can often place increased demands on us mentally and emotionally. Time to Talk Day on Thursday 2nd Feb encourages us to make space in our day for a conversation about our mental health.
On the day the Parents and Carers Network will be holding an in-person informal catch up with drinks, cakes, and some mindful activities.
The event is open to all staff and student parents and carers at Lancaster University including prospective parents.
