From Thursday 14 August to Thursday 23 October, an external contractor will carry out works to convert the former Lancaster University Students’ Union (LUSU) Shop and the Wibbly Wobbly Burger Bar into a single retail outlet under the Co-op brand.

The contractor’s compounds will be located at the end of Pendle Avenue for the duration of the works. Access to buildings, pedestrian routes, and bin stores in the area will remain open at all times.

The new Co-op food store is due to open on Friday 24 October.
