About the Catalyst
The Innovation Catalyst is designed for key stakeholders in Blackpool, interested in connecting with academic expertise and like-minded peers to address the 21st Century Big Challenges.
By creating the space to innovate and collaborate, this fully funded incentive brings together a number of local stakeholders plus industry and academic experts to build a greater understanding of the opportunities for regeneration through digital infrastructure and renewable energy, and the potential this could have for the local area and the wider eco-system. The aim would be to build momentum to attract investment and drive the proposition for creating net zero data centres across Blackpool.
Over a four-month period we will facilitate a series of investigative and action-focused ‘Innovation Collaboratories’ to collectively map out your goals, challenges, and innovation needs.
The Innovation Catalyst is a proven and powerful way of helping individual firms and regional collectives with shared issues to develop effective long-term solutions that capture greater value for them and for the region.
