Peer Mentoring

We are looking for students to act as volunteer Peer Mentors to support students to settle into the University. Peer Mentors work face to face or online (depending on student need) to support a student mentee with any pastoral issues or challenges they may be experiencing.

Mentors can expect to receive a full suite of training, regular supervision and team meetings with a member of the Student Wellbeing Partnership Service, and the opportunity to work towards a Mentoring Award.

The deadline to apply is Friday the 30th of June at 5pm.

"I think being a peer mentor is a great way to learn skills that are important in the workplace, such as the ability to reflect, to communicate well and have empathy. I would definitely recommend the program."
