Event Details

Join us for our annual Celebration of Science, where we celebrate the fantastic research that is undertaken across the Faculty of Science and Technology. All are welcome!

Our Celebration of Science 2026 event is scheduled to take place on the 25th March 2026 in George Fox, and looks to be an exciting day packed with fantastic talks and interactive sessions. Our website will be updated with further details as we finalise the schedule, but we will once again be hosting our ever-popular PhD speed talks and poster competition, our fantastic expert panels, and wonderful interactive exhibits.

This year, we are very excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be Dr Lucy Rogers, alumna of Lancaster's School of Engineering and former Robot Wars judge.

Entry is free, and we welcome all staff and students from across the University to attend. Free refreshments will be available throughout - do register if you wish to have lunch!
