Event Details

You will take part in challenging discussions with leaders and virtually go behind the scenes of organisations, gaining hands-on experience through exploring real challenges they face.

The programme takes place across three half-days, each involving up to 4 hours of engagement. You will participate in a combination of full-group sessions and small breakout sessions, where you build connections with industry leaders and your peers.

Eligibility criteria:

All students at Lancaster are eligible to apply for this programme. However, in the event that we receive more applications than we have space for, we will prioritise applications using the following criteria:

1. Students who have joined the GROW Your Future programme NB: GROW Your Future students who have previously participated in a Common Purpose Leadership Experience will not receive priority.
2. Students who have joined the Lancaster Success Programme
3. International undergraduate students with disabilities
4. Postgraduate students with disabilities
5. International undergraduate students who meet at least 2 of the widening participation criteria listed on the application form
6. Postgraduate students who meet at least 2 of the widening participation criteria listed on the application form
7. Other undergraduates who are not part of the GROW Your Future Programme
8. Other postgraduates who do not meet the widening participation criteria listed on the application form
