Celebrate Galentine’s Day with Sport Lancaster’s Girls Night In, hosted in partnership with Women+ in Sport Society.

The event promises a supportive and friendly environment, and is a great way to get into fitness and try something new, without the pressure of a busy gym.

During the event, the Strength and Conditioning Suite will be open exclusively to gals, with a Women’s Only Hyrox Class taking place from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.

Whatever your fitness levels, the evening will be a fun and unique way to spend Galentine’s day, with gym staff on hand to support throughout.
