This week’s Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe will take place on Wednesday 22nd June at 9am.

This week’s Health@Lancaster Collaboration Cafe will take place on Wednesday 22nd June at 9am.

Professor Jo Knight will discuss the University’s work with the Eden Project and progress on the planned new Eden North development in Morecambe.

The fortnightly Collaboration Cafes are held in the Business Lounge in Health Innovation One and give colleagues the opportunity to meet up over their morning coffee and discuss a new topic each week. Following a two-minute provocation by a chosen speaker on a pre-arranged theme, the floor is opened to colleagues to ask questions and give their views.

There is the opportunity to meet colleagues from across campus who are interested in health-related research and knowledge exchange. Relevant external stakeholders will often be invited to take part in the discussion.

Refreshments are provided and the cafe will close at 9.45am to allow colleagues with teaching commitments to return to main campus for 10am, although attendees are welcome to stay in the building and use The Hive cafe for extended conversations.

Please come along and support the event – and keep a look out for details on further sessions on the Events pages in the future.
