This International Women’s Day, join us at Lancaster University Management School for a hybrid event exploring how supporting others can drive real and lasting progress.
The 2026 theme, Give to Gain, is about recognising that when we invest time, share knowledge, and create opportunities for women, everyone benefits. Stronger careers, more inclusive workplaces, and better outcomes for organisations and communities all grow from collective action.
Delivered in collaboration with the Women in Business Society, this event brings together leaders from across a range of industries to share practical insights, honest experiences, and perspectives on what it means to give and what can be gained in return.
We are delighted to welcome an outstanding line-up of guest speakers:
- Susan Binnersley, H2H Ltd & New Leaf Limited
- Tarnia Ellsworth, TP Financial Solutions
- Bethan Jones, Clear Cut Financial
- Melanie McKay, Lancaster University Management School
