The Racial Equity in Policy Network based at Lancaster University is offering policymakers in the North of England an opportunity to learn more about racial equity impact assessments. This introductory session will cover how to address racial inequalities as you develop, implement, and evaluate policies, practices, and programmes in your area.

Dr Temidayo Eseonu will share some questions that will help you guide your thinking in understanding who benefits and who is burdened by policies, practices and programmes in your area to help make sense of a first step to tackling racial inequalities. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and share examples with other policymakers.
