Anxious or calm, beginner or expert, practiced or novice...everyone is welcome to our weekly mindfulness meditation. Secular in nature, this type of meditation draws on practices of breath, body awareness, and guided imagery. No experience necessary, as we are all learning as we go. Everyone is welcome, whatever your own belief or practice. Every Thursday at 1.15 on Teams until we can meet again in person in the Chaplaincy Centre.
