Research Methods Focus – Topic Modelling. Part of an online series hosted by Lancaster University Management School
Speakers: Professor Ruth Sealy and Aaron Page
Synopsis
The Academy for Gender, Work and Leadership, supported by the Northern Advanced Research Training Initiative (NARTI), is excited to host a series of six online seminars. Convened by Prof Valerie Stead and Dr Sophie Alkhaled, each seminar will introduce a particular method and feature specialist guest speakers on gender and management. The series will draw on the recently published Handbook of Research Methods on Gender and Management (Stead, Elliott & Mavin, 2021) and will include guest hosts Professors Sharon Mavin and Carole Elliott. All speakers are contributors to the handbook and will present a method, with an illustration of it in use, provide key guidelines for use and ethical considerations. After the presentations there will be an opportunity for participants to provide feedback on the session, share their own research experiences and meet others with similar interests.
