How to register your results -
1. Anytime between Tuesday 1st - 11th December, complete the distance using an activity of your choice.
2. Take a picture of your tracker/exercise machine to evidence the distance completed
3. If entering the Fancy Dress competition, take a picture of yourself in your festive attire (say cheese!

Brought to you by Sport Lancaster, Defying Dementia and Lancaster University Running and Athletics Club, complete the 5km distance in an activity of your chose, whether you jog outside or on a treadmill, walk, skip, row or participate on elliptical machine, the choice is yours.
Returning for the 4th year, with a slight twist, this year we are going virtual! Brought to you by Sport Lancaster, Defying Dementia and Lancaster University Running and Athletics Club, complete the 5km distance in an activity of your chose, whether you jog outside or on a treadmill, walk, skip, row or participate on elliptical machine, the choice is yours.
Register online, £5 to enter and receive your event pack in the post, including a Santa hat and medal.
Complete the distance in one day, anytime, between Tuesday 1st-Friday 11th December (under 16years can complete 3km) and earn those medals!
All proceeds from the event will go to Defying Dementia.
