The emergence of cloud technology over the last few years has had a profound influence on the agenda of the CHRO. The Worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, the economic downturn and social justice movement acted as a catalyst, accelerating, and adjusting this agenda. The People agenda around skills, retention, belonging, have been driven to the top of the priority list of the boards of executives around the World.
This talk gives an indication as to how those conversations have unfolded, and how emerging technologies are shaping some of these new conversations. Mark will pose some of the questions that now need to be tackled and the dilemma’s facing leaders in this new world.
