New presentation technology installed in the Private Dining Room

The Private Dining Room (PDR) in County South has been upgraded with the latest presentation technology to deliver a flexible conferencing and events space.
A presentation pc, multiple cameras, auto tracking ceiling mounted microphones, USB, HDMI and Bluetooth connectivity and a removable presentation lectern now fully facilitates hybrid events, giving users flexibility to ensure presenters or attendees in the room and online can fully participate in the event.
The space can be configured for multiple layouts depending on requirements such as formal presentations, round table discussions, dinners and exhibitions. The room can provide event space for up to 120 people seated or be split in to two to provide a boardroom style, hybrid enabled meeting room and a flat floored hybrid presentation room.
