The Facilities Helpdesk supplements the online fault reporting facility and provides a central point of contact for staff, students and visitors to enquire about the range of services provided by Facilities:

  • Facilities enquiries
  • Fault reporting
  • Follow up, progress and escalation of faults and requests
  • General requests for information
  • Notification of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Reception opening hours

  • Monday-Wednesday: 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Thursday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

In an Emergency or Outside of Normal Working Hours
