A Lancaster Professor has a new book published on the challenges of climate change in democracies.
Professor Rebecca Willis of Lancaster Environment Centre has written 'Too Hot to Handle? The Democratic Challenge of Climate Change', which has been published by the Bristol University Press.
Professor Willis explains in a blog the themes of the book, which explores why climate change is such a challenge for political systems, she looks at the relationship between the state and citizens and draws parallels to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.
