As an incoming full-time undergraduate, you are guaranteed a place on campus if Lancaster is your firm choice university, you have firmly accepted an offer via UCAS, and you submit your application before 10 August. We do not offer a formal guarantee to students joining us as their insurance choice or through clearing, though we can usually accommodate many students in those categories and can advise on alternative options if the need arises.
Students who achieve AAA grades in their A Level studies, who hold five GCSEs grade A/7 or above will receive the scholarship.
The Lancaster Scholarship will be available to all full-time UK (Home fee paying) applicants.
Awardees must achieve AAA and above at A Level, or equivalent, with at least five GCSE’s grade A/7 or above.
All grade conditions must be met or exceeded, tariff point equivalences are not considered.
The scholarship is available to eligible applicants to all Undergraduate full-time degree programmes offered at Lancaster University for October 2025 entry.
Applicants, who are returning to study after an extended break, will be considered for the scholarship on the basis of an Access or equivalent programme.
