With summer getting closer, you may be thinking about what to do when you leave your accommodation. Each year, the University’s Don’t Ditch It project sets up donation points across the University, allowing you to donate unwanted clothes and items as you move out.

This year, the drop-off hubs are located at the ECOHub on Alexandra Park Drive (south-west campus) and North Drive, behind County College.

Donation hub opening times

You can donate every Monday and Wednesday between 6-9pm. Donation times will increase as term progresses. You can check opening times by visiting the Don’t Ditch It website.

What you can donate

• Clothing, shoes and accessories
• Furniture
• Kitchen items
• Books and stationery
• Unopened cosmetics and cleaning products
• Clean, washed bedding sets

We can't accept donations of duvets, pillows, broken or dirty items or food.
