Things you should do straight away...

  • Connect to eduroam

    Connect to eduroam for secure Wi-Fi access in your room and across campus.

  • Connect to ResNet

    Connect to the wired network in your room for high-speed Internet access.

  • Plan your week

    Plan your Welcome Week so you don’t miss any of the activities you should go to.

  • Set up MFA

    Set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) if you didn’t do this when registering online.

    Install the iLancaster app to get your timetable and for checking in at teaching events.

  • Access the Portal

    Your Portal is the place to go for all the information, support and advice you’ll need.

  • Check your email

    Check your University email (Microsoft Outlook) for important messages.
