You are invited to join us to celebrate Furness College's 50th Anniversary. It will be a great opportunity to come back to campus, meet up with 'old' friends and reminisce.

Celebrate with us on campus!

The main event will be a Drinks Reception and Dinner on Saturday 6th July.

Raise a glass to toast Furness College at a sparkling drinks reception from 18.30, followed by a buffet dinner (with wine) in the Private Dining Room.

After dinner, the celebrations will continue in Trevor (aka Furness Bar) with a live band and the bar will be open until late.

Ticket Prices for the Drinks Reception and Dinner on Saturday 6th July 2019:

Early bird tickets £40 per person, book before 31st March 2019.Thereafter, tickets are £50 per person

Dinner Dress Code: Smart Evening Wear. Please note that the evening's events are not suitable for children under the age of 16.

Why not make a weekend of it and join us for the optional celebrations listed below? County and Fylde College are also celebrating their 50th anniversaries on the same weekend, giving you the opportunity to explore all three colleges and more whilst back on campus.

Friday 5th July:

21:00:Live Bands will be playing in Trevor (Furness Bar), The Northern Oak (County Bar) and The Mill (Fylde Bar). You'll also have the chance to grab a bite to eat from a variety of street food vendors located in each college.

Saturday 6th July:

Throughout the day there will be guided Tours of Campus and Tours of the Wind Turbine. Please contact the college for further details and to book.

16.30: Furness Fellows Presentation in Trevor, Furness Bar.

18:30 Drinks Reception - Pre-dinner celebratory drinks served in LICA:

Catch up with friends from County and Fylde Colleges, who are also celebrating 50 years.

19.30: Dinner in the Private Dining Room (PDR).

22.00: Head to the Bar: Trevor and The Northern Oak bars will be open until late with live bands.

Special rates have been arranged with Travelodge in Lancaster. To take advantage of these rates, book via this link by no later than 12 noon, Friday 15th March.

Lancaster House Hotel on campus and various accommodation options are also available in and around Lancaster.
