Exclusive online event for LUMS MSc Management students, alumni and offer holders, based around new strategic thinking research insights.

The importance of strategic thinking in times of uncertainty.

MSc Management students, alumni and offer holders are invited to a special online event based around first-hand insights from current research by Dr Radka Newton, Programme Director, into recent changes in consumer behaviour and potential socio-economic scenarios resulting from the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Radka’s research is being conducted on behalf of the LUMS Knowledge Exchange Team, for a new digital programme supporting SMEs in Lancashire and Cumbria as they adapt their business models for the ‘new normal’.

Through this event, attendees will gain insights and tools to enhance strategic thinking in their own professional environments, alongside the opportunity to engage and network with other members of the global MSc Management community. Hosted on Zoom, the interactive event will include the opportunity for attendees to discuss their own perspectives of the coronavirus pandemic impact and to develop their strategic thinking within small breakout groups.

Radka will also share recent developments of the MSc Management programme and the response to Covid-19.
