This call is part of Lancaster’s Impact Acceleration Account programme (2022-2027) and is designed to support projects that generate impact by applying research into real world settings with an external partner. This is an open call across the arts and humanities research council remits. See the eligibility criteria below for further explanation.

The full cost of your activity can be up to £10,000, but we also encourage projects to submit applications for lesser amounts for small-scale, pilot activity. The IAA will cover 100% of direct costs. Note, that only ~£50,000 is available for this call.

2. IAA open call information session

We will run an online webinar for this IAA open call, covering:

  • Introduction and context to the IAA programme
  • Examples of successful IAA projects
  • Activity and costs eligibility
  • What we're looking for in IAA projects
  • How to apply and advice for submitting the application

The webinar will take place on Tuesday 24 March, 15:00-16:00, see: https://lancaster-uk.libcal.com/calendar/res/AHRCIAA

Faculty Partnership/Business Development Managers may be able to support applications (including reviewing drafts etc.) but we do ask our panel members to offer informal/generic advice only, rather than detailed appraisal of potential proposals. The IAA Manager is also available for more generic advice about the IAA programme.
