The Employment and Recruitment Service offers a fully managed service for the recruitment of Lancaster University students and graduates into your organisation on a temporary or permanent basis.

The Employment and Recruitment Service (ERS) is Lancaster University's in-house recruitment agency, supporting recruiters in and around the region to find candidates with the right skills to excel in their new role and add value to your organisation.
