The new Lancaster full-time MBA students are looking forward to their introduction to the MBA alumni during their first visit to London in November.
All MBA alumni are invited to join the class for our November networking session.
Our speaker will be Caroline Whaley, who is an alumna and regular contributor to Lancaster MBA events. You may have heard her talk on the “Three things I learned from Nike”, which draws on her experience as Marketing Director in Canada and MD of the Nike Foundation. Caroline founded Tiger for a Day in 2014. Her presentation will be on:
Employee engagement scores that are at an all-time low and attrition rates rocketing. What needs to happen? If there’s one thing Caroline has learnt from working with thousands of leaders around the world, it’s the fact that both men and women crave the opportunity to just be themselves at work. For the past 5 years she has been on a mission to make the corporate world a more human place - a place where kindness and empathy are embedded in the culture but also a place where being human also means being flawed and messy and even on occasions downright unreasonable.
In this short session Caroline will consider your unique version of human and why you and your organisation will benefit from you showing up like that every day.
