Title: Towards a Whole-University Approach to Student Wellbeing: Introducing the New CRM

Abstract: Lancaster University is moving towards a more joined-up, whole-university approach to student wellbeing, connecting information, referrals and support across services, faculties and departments. A key enabler is a new CRM system (Salesforce Education Cloud), giving staff a 360-degree view of the student - including disability adjustments and support needs - for more consistent, inclusive support.  This session is an opportunity for colleagues to hear what's changing, share their perspectives, and start thinking about how their own practice might evolve as part of this shift.

Meetings will be hybrid, in person meeting room People and Organisational Effectiveness POE Training Room 3 and online via TEAMS
