Join us for our fully-funded two-day Innovation Launchpad programme at the new £41m Health Innovation Campus (HIC) at Lancaster University.
Please note:
This is a two day workshop taking place on 27 June and 4 July.
The workshop will provide a select group of Lancashire SMEs with an opportunity to come together to examine their business strategy as they begin their innovation journey. Developed in partnership with Lancaster University’s world-renowned Management School, the Innovation Launchpad explores the key aspects each business requires to drive success.
The programme offers the opportunity to explore six critical innovation topics, including empathy mapping and value proposition canvassing, all of which will help the business identify any gaps in their approach which they may want to adopt . Delegates will leave with a kitbox full of practical tools to support their innovation journey and a new network of peers from who they can draw inspiration long after completing the programme.
Modules covered:
* Identifying opportunities for innovation
* Getting to know your customers
* Developing your value proposition
* Innovating your business model
* Developing a culture fit for innovation
* Creating an elevator pitch that opens doors
The launchpad will also provide a gateway into Lancaster’s Health Innovation Campus – an ecosystem linking academic research with private, public and third sector partners to drive forward positive solutions to health challenges.
The Innovation Launchpad is part of the HIC’s business innovation project, which has been supported with an £8.6m grant from the European Regional Development Fund to encourage business growth in the region.
